Sorry to post publicly, but I can't find a way to get a refund or replacement through the Amazon website, only *return* goods - but Amazon says this item is not eligible for return! It was perfectly packed, but the jelly had leaked into the bubble wrap so I can't use it. Could the seller please send me a new one or a refund? I order this excellent product regularly and have had no problems before.
